the power of the muscles is the facility & the feature of the animales not HUMAN i mean if u boys scare to death from some of the wild animales y u dont want us to scare from u ? so with us dont depend on the power of yr bodies but use yr brains if u dont want us to call ANIMALES

u don’t have to go to a gym if u still have enough muscle resistance doing workout at home.
run 60 minutes, push-up and crunch 100 times, eat drink protein shakes, watch what u eat.
do that for 90 days before u ever decided to join a gym. =)
the most plus factor a gym have is merely it’s workout atmosphere (people tend to be pumped-up to do exercise there)
nothing else.
